Lettings Process Steps
The search
With a clear understanding of your requirements, we will be able compile a selection of all properties that match your criteria.
Viewing times
Viewings will be conducted by appointment, and they can often be arranged with 24 hours.
Accompanied Viewings
We can accompany you for all your property viewings and we provide transport to the properties if required.
Choosing a property
Once you’ve identified a suitable property we require the following :-
- A deposit secures the property for you.
- If you decide to proceed with your property choice the next step is to return your signed guarantor form and to agree a commencement date.
- You will need to supply us with details of referees; and return references will be applied for and your information will be forwarded to the landlord for acceptance where necessary.
The Tenancy agreement
We will then draw up the relevant paperwork, forming an agreement to be signed by both the tenants and landlord. Deposits will be reimbursed to you at the end of the tenancy, subject to the details of your agreement and the findings from the inventory check out.
Inventory
An inventory of the contents and condition of the property is produced prior to commencement of the tenancy.
Rent
An advance rental payment is required upon commencement of the tenancy.
Completion
Congratulations, keys are now handed over and you can move in to your new home.
